Do I need a website already?
No. If you already have a store, Madison plugs into it. If you don't, she builds a new online store for you, with your products, photos and checkout, and then runs it.
I only sell online. Is Madison Retail for me?
Yes. You don't need a shop on Main Street or a factory behind it. Madison works for a counter, a website, a marketplace shop or all of them at once.
Can Madison work with Amazon and my social shops?
Yes. During setup we connect the places you already sell, such as your website, your counter, Amazon and your social shops, so orders and questions land in one place. We scope each connection with you first.
Does Madison act on her own?
She does the work, and anything that leaves the store waits for your OK first: a refund, a price change, a promotion, a post. You approve, she delivers.
